At Wana Sambo, we are committed to ensuring every piece meets the
highest standards of craftsmanship. If your item is not quite right, our return
process is simple and seamless.
Our Return Policy
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
- You must return your items within 7 days from day of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered,
and in perfect condition. - All original tags, labels, and packaging
must be intact. - Accessories, scarves, earrings, brooches
and WS Prive/custom orders are non-returnable. - Sale and discounted items are final sale.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility
of the customer unless damage occured by the shipping carrier.

How to Return Your Order
A step-by-step guide to completing your return:
Step 1 — Create a Returns Label
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email
address to generate your return label.
Once approved, you’ll receive a digital label and instructions for packaging
your return.
Step 2 — Print Your Label
Download and print your return label.
Ensure the barcode and shipping details are clear and visible to avoid
processing delays.
Step 3 — Bag It Up
Place your item in its original packaging, with all tags and
protective materials intact.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered to ensure full
eligibility.
Step 4 — Drop It Off
Take your labelled parcel to the nearest drop-off point
indicated on your return label instructions.
Keep your shipping receipt or tracking
number until your return is fully processed.
Returns (FAQs)
How long does it take to process my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-30 working days from the
day we receive your returned item.
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I return a WS Prive or custom-made item?
No. WS Prive and all custom-made garments are created
exclusively for you and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new
order once your refund is processed.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
- If your item arrived faulty or you received the wrong order,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Include the below:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos
Our team will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement after you return said item.
